Default T5 breaks over the tank

So I wanted to change my t5 bulbs out for new ones I figure I could do it with out removing the fixture. As I was pulling on the t5 it brokein half and the insides went into the water if the tank. How bad is it?
I have roughly 80 gallons of fresh salt water ready to go if I have to do a big water change.
Has any one broke a t5 into their tank and have to tank be okay?

the lamps contain mercury and phosphorus, both are toxic, i would do a major WC ASAP. you won't get the mercury out but you should get the phosphorus.
