Taking my tank down

Hi I am taking my tank down this weekend Dec 7,8,9. I have about 125lbs. of live rock with many soft corals on it. I would prefer to sell as one lot, but could sell individual pieces. The toad stool is about 10 inches and has one baby. There are two different colonies of green polups. Some individual mushrooms. Some of the mushrooms are 4 plus inches. There is a well established pipe organ. The rock is well covered with different types and colors of algae. There are several types of sponges.
