Default SOLD - 225g Tank W/ Sexy Tiled Stand, sumps & plumbing

SOLD! Thanks for looking

Hey Folks,

Unfortunately I just dont have time for a million tanks anymore, and this puppy needs to go.

Some of you may recognize this as another member's build tank. He did an amazing job with it. This is one sexy stand too!

The tank has only run officially for a year or less as freshwater, using R/O water, so its clean as can be.

Here is whats included: (pictures at bottom of add)

- 225g Eurobraced Tank(24" tall, 30" front to back), external cup overflow (24" long), eurobrace on back drilled in 4 places for returns. overflow drilled for 1.5" herbie with 2 additional holes for 1" lines out or through.
- Fully tiled 43" Tall stand with sliding front doors, waterproofed with drainhole and back panel covered but vented, with slot for plumbing.
- 2 sumps, 40g main sump, 27g secondary (is taller and has a 1 inch drain and top panel from plumbing to tie in to, and drains into the main sump. The main sump has a 2" hole for an inline pump, 2 baffles, and a plumbing 'receiver plate' on one end.
- All plumbing currently installed (including gate valve for herbie, 2" double union ball valve, see in pics, and two penductors on locline).
- American DJ powerbar (multi-outleted, individually switched and lit), mounted inside stand (picture has two, but only 1 is currently installed).
-1x 15g bin plumbed into drain system for stand(both stand and this bin drain into a common 1" line that goes to a floor drain. Although not pictured, because it blocked the view of some of the other items, the bin sits on top of the white stand. It is superbly handy for waterchanges, a line is plumbed into it just off the pump (you can see the valve for this line just above the pump)

(Let me know whether you intend to set-up as freshwater or saltwater, because I have some 'goodies' I may toss in for either type, ).

I am asking//// SOLD - Thanks!
The system is sitting 3ft from a walkout basement door, so a truck and/or trailer can be backed up to the door. Located 15 mins east of Leduc.

System will be on first-come first-serve, however I will not wait a week for someone to 'make a decision' after expressing interest.
*Serious inquiries only please*

Please send PM

Thanks for looking

Cheers,

Chris
