Does anyone know this pump? Hailea HX-6530

I am looking at this new skimmer and it has this Hailea HX-6530 Pump.

I wonder if its reliable and silent, did anyone has any experience with these pumps?
Judging by the pictures it has ceramic shaft which will make it very quiet if not silent.
