All the live rocks are encrusted with multiple layers of purple/ blue and watermelon striped mushrooms. Large yellow toadstool leather corals, pom-pom Xenias, etc.
Truly beautiful.

That's one steal of a deal. The rock is almost worth that price. Free bump, good luck with the sale!

Thanks for all interested. Will be at Let's Play today doing a water change, so will snap a few pics.

I have had a person come in to offer me $550, but knows nothing of fish keeping. Wanted it because "it's so pretty with all the nemos in there and all the pretty plants!"...NO.
I have had another who wanted everything, including the three mentioned fishes that I promised another friend, refused to budge. So NO.
Then there was a couple who says they definitely wanted it, but never called back. I wasted a whole week and a half waiting...

So...first one who comes and plunks down $450 obo, gets it. I cannot hold for anyone as I have less than two weeks to have it out of the store. Dismantling of equipment will commence almost immediately, and I don't want any contamination to the tank that may kill everything in there.

We can accommodate anyone with timing, as long as its reasonable. The operative word is ASAP. As I know that we are very close to full scale tearing apart of things in there.

Thanks all.

Forgot to mention the hang-on-back Remora Pro skimmer plus a large mag pump to drive it.
Lives stock includes beautiful pink and green head of hammer coral, plus a few more that I'd probably forgot to mention.
Fishes are a few very hardy and not shy flashy damsels, also a pair of spawning clown fish, able to withstand hundreds of kids staring at them 12 hours a day.

If I have new VHO bulbs in the back room, they are yours, too.
