Default can someone measure their vertex in-100 skimmer

Hi. I need to buy a skimmer, and was leaning towards the vertex in-100. My sump is only allowing 12x10". On the websites its showing i need 13" x 10" so im off an inch. I was wondering if their measurments allow for some clearence? If anyone has the vertex in-100 skimmer could you measure it and let me know if you think i could squeeze it in, lol. Thanks

there is a mount on the pump that could also be removed to give you another inch or so
