Default skimmer issues??????

did a bit of cleaning last night my water level was below the intake on my eshopp hob skimmer and now i can't get the thing primed for the life of me!! Any tips or secrets anyone might know about would be appreciated so i can get this thig runnin again!! I've triedadding water to the neck as well as pinching off the air line but nothing seems to help????
p.s. when i unplug it i get a burst of bubbles out the intake tube??

is the somthin stuck in the intake had a issue like that but the impeller was no good after t cleaned it it rattled and didnt perform right and wouldnt suck up any water just my 2 cents

Gotter figured after a bit of cussin!! ended up takeing the intake tube off and using my turkey baster to fill it up and pre-prime it, worked like a charm..Seems like every time you unplug these eshopp skimmers they restart their darn micro-bubble breakin over again!!!
