Thanks everyone for the suggestions.....I did manage to actually pry the rock out with a good chunk of the Xeina on it. Only one other section to tackle.

I just killed a huge colony today. I use a torch and burn around the base. Makes it easier to peel. Then torch the area that it covered. Pretty sure it won't come back

Man that stuff looks cool at first but is super invasive. I gave mine away after cutting it off the rock. The tissue that was left re grew new heads by the dozen so I had to chuck the rock it was on.
