Default Mangroves Flowering !

Exciting News!!!

I usually don't post on Canreef; however, today I came home to find my Mangroves have started to flower.
They are almost seven years old and more than six feet tall. Just click the pictures to get the full size.

Enjoy!

So I was cleaning them off and noticed that they actually have tiny pods.

Default Mangrove Pods

According to a program called Bahama Blue, Mangrove pods develop into complete miniature 'trees' before they are dropped by their parent tree into the water - where the camera followed one where it landed upright and ready to root.
