Default Zoo Lightings Opinions

I'm looking for opinions on lighting for a shallow frag tank specifically for zoo's that will give the best color and growth, T5, power compact, halide. I just can't get enough zoo's I love them so much . Plan on building a tank 8-12" deep for zoo's only. I'm also looking for thoughts on ideal growing conditions and setups.

Thanks for your opinions.

Sean

There is too much variation in the family to give an answer really. Many would be fine in a tank like that under NO bulbs with reflectors, others not so much. You'd be better off with a regular depth tank and a halide so you could try different depths with each frag find out what works best.
