Question White "dustbunny" like fungus maybe? Help!

Hey guys. Anyone know what these are? ( sorry for blurry iPhone picture. But. I think you will get the idea)
I have had these guys popping up.
Are they good, bad?
Also my royal gramma has some discolouration on his head but is eating fine. But I'm wondering if this fuzzy thing has to do with it.
Just did a water change.
Ammonia and nitrates are good. And just did a water change. To see if it would help.

Grammas have a habit of diving into holes in your rocks.

They often get little kicks and cuts that will turn white as they heal.
