My brain has a tiny hole in it, what should I do? How does it repair it self

It should be ok if its a small hole but it starts getting bigger or you start seeing the flesh recede then you might want to consider isolating it or start target feeding it to help it build up strength

There's an opening there to take a shot at you that I am going to totally avoid
