It is never fun when your accountant phones and says you owe $17,500 in taxes for 2008. Apparently I made too much! F@#K the government and the @SS raping that we all get from income tax!!

Bummer. What about renting out your property, and moving somewhere to rent. You get your mortgage paid down, thus eventually avoiding the payout penalty.
