Could just be the pump kicking up detritis off the walls of the plumbing. Is the new pump stronger? It should settle down?

Is the pump internal? Check your plumbing joints, if it's micro bubbles odds are they are coming from a plumbing joint. you can get some electrical tape and wrap it around all your joints if the bubbles stop you can remove the tape 1 joint at a time. Test for bubble in the tank each time you remove the tape. You can then discover what joint is introducing air into the system. Some joints will not leak water but instead suck in small amounts of air
