I'd give u $200 for tank stand and sump. That's about all. There to many tanks coming up for sale to ask for a price like that. My brother sold his 240g cube for $700......

Not sure if I mentioned it but both tanks have polished edges and no scratches.

I did a quote for 75G cube tank from AI. It only cost me $135. I think you are asking too high for the price for a 40G tank.
