Live Rock for sale in Calgary

I have a 180 gallon reef tank that I have to shut down. I've already sold the fish and corals. I now am looking to sell my live rock and sand (I'll be selling the whole tank and set-up after the rock goes).

Fiji Live Rock approximately 150 pounds. I can't remember how much I bought it was somewhere between 140-180 pounds. When I removed it temporarily to take out the fish it filled one and a half 55 gallon garbage cans.
The rock has been up and running in my tank for over a year. It has a little algae, only a couple aptasia (I kill them when I find them).
I am asking $600 (that's $4 per pound estimated at 150 pounds).

White Argonite sand with added shell fragments. Has been up and running for over a year also. Approximately 100-120 pounds worth (2.5 inches deep in 180 gallon tank). Asking $50 if you take the rock too.

That's $650 for the rock and the sand.

Please note you must pick up the rock and sand yourself (I live in Calgary). Also you will need to bring some buckets or boxes to transport it home.
