Default Reef lighting

I’m curious if anyone here is using AI Prime HD on a nuvo 40 gallon
I have a mixed reef of lps and softies , I feel my lights are a little high but won’t be able to check the par for a few weeks still these are my settings . Any feed back helps and is appreciated . My tank has been running year and half , had the whites as high as 40 % , went from 35 to 25 around 6 months ago .

I don't a Nuvo 40 but I use a single Prime HD on a 20G Breeder as a frag tank.

For par readings check the BRS investigates video, here's the link: BRS Investigates AI Prime HD

Forward to 6:50

I would say for your tank the ideal hight mounting should be 12" high give or take to have the same par readings assuming you copy their recommended settings.

Good luck.
