I'm thinking Bush is getting ideas from watching the Star Wars prequels.
1: Rise to power by starting a war. 2: Get more executive powers by declaring emergency. 3: Have a gullible and an easily manipulated fool your side. 4: Dissolve existing governing bodies and create new offices. Damn! I wonder who gets to declare the emergency that grants him the dictatorship? Lemme guess...BUSH does, right?
Anyone remember his right honourable Idi Amin Daddy President for Life??? The sad news is that now the declaration is signed, all furute Presidents will have the same authority.
