I have a RSM 66 gallon with the Steve's led retrofit, I run them @ 100% on all 4 channels and the tank looks great.

Ai sol on the 300 gallon mostly Sps tank I had 12 running at 100 percent for 5 hours on all 3 channels, great growth but some of the Lps suffered. Now on my the 150 I went first with 3 sol and 4 t5s then 3 Vegas and now 2 hydras, all 3 set at 40 percent for the next few month then planning on ramping it up to eventually 100 percent as long as my corals allow it. I believe the spectrum shifts when you dial it down compare to the manufactures data so I like to keep it at 100 percent even just for a short period of time.
