Default nano tank dying?

hey i have a 5.5 gal nano tank and i have a brain and some plusing xenia in there but they look to be dying? i have checked all the properies of the water even done some water changes and have added some reef builder. but nothin seems to help. if anyone can give me some suggestions that would really help. my torch and hammer dont look to well either. could it be because of the glass amenomes that are in there?

Yes possible. Glass Anemonies (Aiptasia) attack other corals.

How old are your bulbs?

I had a 10gal starting to look poor, my red open brain had begun to bleach slightly.
I to had nothing change and water chem was satisfactory, the only thing that was suggested to me was the bulbs in my light fixture where a little old.
I have since moved much of the live stock to my other tank and are now under metal halide. Everything seems to be looking better, but it is also to early to tell.
