Had a wrasse I wanted out. The only way to catch him was to put food in a net and wait. He swam in pretty much right away.

What kind of food? They are ignoring everything so far.I'm seriously considering putting live corals in the net as a sacrifice.I've been at this all day.

If you can get them out in the open, turn all your powerheads and return pump off

Slide an acrylic sheet down as a divider so you don't have such a large area to chase them through

They don't usually see the divider either so it makes it easier to trick them

Just drain it. Pick up fish, put water back. Easy

I've had great success catching fish that I wanted out of my display with an Aqua Medic Fish Trap. It's a simple but effective concept. Perform a query via your search engine and you'll find more info on the product and videos of it. Good Luck with whatever method you choose.

Try to catch it at night man its like 100%, all fish sleep usually in the same spot at night find it and come back at like 12 am and grab them
