looks just like the nudibranchs that completely devoured an entire colt coral I had in an old nano, though I think that's probably a lot bigger than a nudi

Looks more to me like a nudibranch than a sea hare
I'm no expert, but I've never seen a sea hare with so many 'tufts' or 'bristles'

If it is a slug, it's interesting how small it's 'foot' is

if it's a nudi then it might be a Tritonia sp. there are over 200 genus and i don't know them all
