Default What is the safest silicon for tanks?

Hey everybody, been a while but I am getting back to getting everything in shape.

Who can tell me what the safest silicon for tanks is
Is there one brand that is better/cheaper than the others

Inquiring minds want to know.

GE SCS1200 is what all the tank builders are using these days. There are many threads on this topic, just do a quick search.

Also Home Hardware has there own brand that states aquarium safe right on the label, big & bold.

Ge scs1200 is the best IMO, it's also a lot stronger than anything you can buy at a local hardware store

YEP!

GE SCS1200 is what we use.

We have a couple cases of this stuff in stock, we just haven't had any time to add it to our website yet.

We plan to sell them for $11.99 per tube.

newflex 333 aquarium silicone-from cascade or order it in from any glass shop.i haven't seen the ge 1200 out here at rona or home depot

Oceanic corals is the only place I know of that carries scs1200
