Im proud. My brother just finished his first full distance Ironman in Hawaii at the world championships in Kona!

Just a punch over 10hours.

Yup, been there a few times. Its a family affair. Although we are all impressed because my brother is only 23. Came in the top 550 in the world for a race that is insane just to fathom doing

Note to self.....after doing a water change, before plugging in the auto top off, make sure the auto top off hose is inside the sump not hanging outside of the sump. My floor is now about 10g wetter then before

Thanks, the whole family from Ontario to BC are all pretty pumped for him! I guess you still cant wipe the smile off his face! So awesome.
