Random thought for the day; it sucks when you're trying to get your coffee cup lid off and you punch yourself in the face. Although in my own defence, I'd laugh if I saw it too.

Because you don't know which questions to ask if you don't I've anything, and it's hard to offer advice if you have never done anything.
