Industrial Plastics has them. Pretty cheap, I got mine there few months ago. They are in Richmond or Port Coquitlam. Depending how much you need I may have some spare you can have. PM me.

Are you looking for an outside dimension of 1/4", or something which fits inside 1/4" airline?
