Hey can someone who is on telus please post a screen shot of their network and email settings. I had to send my base unit out for repairs and lost all my settings. Now I cant get my alerts to work.

Do you use DHCP in your home network? Are you using Apex Fusion yet?

Can you talk to the APEX through your web browser?

I used Apex fusion, wayyyyy easier. Just enter your e-mail and what alerts you want and presto! Done.
