Name that Hitchhiker

So a couple of these little guys have popped up in my tank over the last few months. They are about a cm across and retract like small fans any time that the water near them is disturbed.

The arms are clear and white and they don't appear to be growing any larger than their current size.

Sorry for the poor quality cell picture, but is anyone able to let me know what these are and if they're something I should be concerned about?

if it retracts when you disturb anything its most likely a feather duster of some type .
