Thx Grizz!!! It worked. Yes, now for a shopping list for tomorrow. Tried the pump in the bathtub. Yeah she got some flow. Now wonder if I can hook it to my Apex?

my speedwave died this morning for no apparent reason.. I was just pulling some cords out and it stopped working. Power light is on, but the controller isn't working.

Anyone know of a way to either get a new controller, or a work around to bypass the controller? I run it at max anyways @ 790GPH

Where and when did you buy the pump. I had a Waveline pump die on me and it turned out to be the power supply. I contacted H2O directly after trying to get it through Concepts for several months with no results. H2O sent me a new controller as well as one of there new DC10000II pumps free of charge once I finally found the right person to talk to. It turned out the right person was in Hong Kong and not the morons that run shop in Canada.

Well if it's the power supply, I can replace that easily, it's fairly universal. I got it at J&L probably no more than 4 months ago. What do you suppose my approach should be?

My Speedwave died in the middle of the night yesterday. Controller and power supply worked, even swapped to a backup powersupply...nothing.
Not at all happy with a pump that lasted less than a year and running at around 80% of max.
Bought this thru Concept as maybe as late as March 2013.. have to look for the reciept
