Default Black Mold Cleanup

My sump room is separate from my display tank room and it's developed a really bad mold problem when the ceiling fan died and it took me a couple weeks to replace it. I've gotta go into the sump room and use a paint roller with bleach to kill it and then paint the drywall with a mold resistant paint like I should have originally. I have two 80G tanks (fuge and frag tank) and a 130G sump in there all with open tops. My question is, with good ventilation, should I be able to bleach the ceiling and walls without effecting the health of the tank? I have 600G of total water volume including the display tank and I'll make sure the skimmers are turned off so there's no air being mixed into the water either.

Thoughts?
