Comes with regulator and bottle - bottle may need to be recertified, I'm not sure.

It had a leak and was repaired by the previous owner and hasn't leaked the four years I have owned it. I also replaced the bubble counter.

I'm not sure why the picture is upside down, it isn't on photobucket.

Guess shipping that would be out of the question, Rice Reef was thinking about getting one and I'd recommend that one for sure.

Weird,

The picture is right side up in Safari but upside down in Chrome

I'd prefer not to ship if possible.

Pretty close to the same price, I was pretty much throwing the tank in because its an older tank and I wasn't sure on its cert date.
