Default Cool fish ID help

Anyone have an idea what kind of fish this is? It acts like a hawkfish or perchlet but almost looks like a wrasse

Google couldn't help me, or I put in all the wrong search terms

Not a jawfish either. It has perching fins and a black stickleback dorsal fin

It is very active, and sees humans as a food source. the previous owners said it knew the cup they used to defrost frozen food for it, and would hover in the water column staring at the cup on a ledge.

Also i don't think it is a lizardfish, or pictures have been mislabeled.

Lizardfish seem to have a very different jaw and dorsal fin
