Tetraselmis Phytoplankton Now Available

Effective April 30, 2004 Reef Crew has made Tetraselmis Phytoplankton available. Any orders placed April 30 - May 2 will be shipped out Monday May 3, 2004

For those of you who care for clams this is the strain of phytoplankton that you should be using. This is the same type that is used to feed clams as they are growing to a saleable size.

Tetraselmis is a large green flagellate with a very high lipid level. It also contains natural amino acids that stimulate feeding in marine animals. It is an excellent feed for larval shrimp and clams.
