FS: RSM S500 4" T5 lamp

OEM lamp sitting around for some time as the lights on the tank were upgraded to LED.
Fixture is a 4" 10 bulb on three different circuits and night LED. (bulbs probably need replacing)
Asking $300 but open to offers
