Default CPR102 Overflow

Agressive FOWLR
Is the CPR102 a good overflow? Anyone have any experience?
It says 1400gph 2 1" bulkheads.

I understand sand could cause potential longterm leaking problems.

Default overflow

i have one and i think the 1400gph is a bit over rated. i have a mag 12 on my 75 and it can't keep up. i know that you will need a good power head or even two. i use two 1200 power heads to pull out any air that gets trapped in the overflow. with out these the tank overflows in a matter of minutes. if there is a power outage two power heads get the water draining fast. the two bulkheads are nice but i think i could push everything through one with out a problem.
