Apex light programming code question.

So I have been through the user guide, searched a couple forums and am unable to find an example to use. Basically I would like my halides to come on as per the sun table +150 mins/+150 mins then I would like the lights to turn off if its 0.8* above RT. with a minimum 15min cool down. I've been able to get this far but I would like to add that I don't want the lights to turn back on till the temp is RT +0.1 or something with the 15min cool down just in case for safety. When I try to do this I seem to do something wrong and the lights turn on ignoring the time code. Also I seem to have trouble with writing a line for the alarm to turn on if the Temp goes below the RT by .5 or something. I get an error for that as well.
