Ken have you picked a location to meet everyone? Will probably work best if you pick somewhere central and have everyone just come to you.

I'll probaly use the hotel I'm staying at, most likely somewhere near downtown.

gotta find a dog friendly place out there too

If things works out, I may be in Calgary once a month at least

LOL, its gonna seem like to the front desk I'm dealing in the room

Radisson allows pets, it's central and near downtown and not so near the airport despite it's called an airport hotel. The rates are reasonable as well, anything downtown is pretty pricey.

Noted, I though about near the airport too. Somewhere near the freeway will be best I think.

I have a friends I can stay with, but I don't want to impose if I am doing business also
