Right now I have the fixture operating @ 80% 1400K, We had company over Satuday night, I put it @1800K and had too reduce the power to 25% as not to blind everyone in the room.

feeding regime Aegis method

week 1-4: Marine pellet and Herb flake
Week 5: Aegis I
Week 6: Aegis II

Mix any intermediate frozen food feed with Marine lioposome drops to put the nutrients back in Gamme radiation takes out.

Recipe for fat and colourful healthy fish

Enjoy!

Dont blame me if your hands smells like the insides of a Cod after feeding this stuff is packed with cold compressed fish meal! heavy on shrimp.

Extremely happy with the PacSun product...

The swabbie, not so much. I think the swabbie is great concept that's been poorly executed by Avast, they really need to address their QA/QC proccess.

Are you getting good colours, I can never capture mine in my pictures always look washed out, the growth is looking good. I like my swabbie its just a pain as the drain from my skimmer cup is below my sump height so i cant use the locker and makes it a pain as skim mate doubled or more.
