BRS Fish Trap
Well not exactly A fish trap made from an old BRS container, a piece of acrylic I had lying around, and some fishing line.
The Clownfish made it home right away. 4 days later, the Powder Blue finally went in with 2 friends that didn't join him for a trip to quarantine, and to his new larger home. |

For some reason, for me, the pictures just show up as a big grey "minus sign". Is it a permissions issue?

Ditto. Can't see squat.
I'm curious to see this trap, sounds like it works well. I just set up a simple trap another member posted, it works, you just have to go up with a net after the fish is in. But yours sounds like the fish will actually be contained.

Pictures are hosted on Google photo, uploaded from my phone. It seemed to always work in the past. I'll try to fix it, I may have to share them somehow.

The second set work. And yes I agree, great idea! I am in need of catching a fish out of my big tank and every attempt so far has been one of frustration. I have an older acrylic trap but it's really too big for the tank and it's not really transparent enough - he doesn't go into it because I think he sees it and he knows its nefarious purpose. So I think I might try this instead!
Thanks!
