Default Pump advice needed

I want to do a clean up of my sump and vacuum up the sediment. I would like to suck it up and then run it through a filter sock and then back into the sump. Basically an inline pump.

Thanks

Not sure what advice you need. You seem to have a plan in place. Maybe ask a specific question or 2

Any old powerhead like a maxijet or aquaclear with some vinyl tubing should work. I know the aquaclears can easily be fitted with a vinyl tube on the outlet and also one on the intake if you have the tapered cone that can be pressed on to the intake.
