WTB: 20-24" Lighting for refugium

I looking to get lighting for a 20 gallon refugium I'm trying to set up. Ideally without breaking my very limited budget. If anyone has anything for sale or has any advice in that department it would be greatly appreciated

I have a coral life 96 watt with the legs and every thing, comes with a 50/50 and an extra 6700 k (great for ref.) $50
