Default WTB - HOB Overflow (CPR or equivalent)

As the title says - Would really appreciate anyones help on this, trying to go a bit budget without having to drill my tank...

You know , Nick , setting up a temporary tank ( ie; a couple Rubbermaid containers or a trash can ) and getting the tank drilled is way cheaper , safer and NO big deal to get done!
Cristal glass in Langley can drill a tank in one day and only costs about $15.00 bucks with the taxes
