The tank is 8 mounts old(order a replacement tank due to scratch from rock in the old one,$2800 just the tank from aquarium west in Vancouver,can be verified by them)the stand and accessories is about 3 years old, will be include in the price is 4 Red Sea max pump(2 need new impeller) 1 Red Sea max return pump,1 Red Sea max protein skimmer( also need new impeller) 1 Red Sea max T5x8 fixture light, 1 tyco chiller, all the Red Sea plumbing,black stand with black trim you will need a new sump as I crack this one trying to remove it from stand,for $200 more I will include 200 pound of dead rock, I think is a really good deal!!!
