Default How to straighten out corals

Hey folks, just wondering if anyone has experience on how to straighten out a soft coral on a frag.

I've noticed that sometimes fragged corals may be slumped over sideways at 45 degrees instead of upwards.

How does one remedy this? Does the coral eventually perk back up on its own? Will try to get pictures to illustrate what I mean.

Default coral

it's going to do what it's going to do....

but perhaps position it so that the current would push it in the desired direction ???

Just curious are the pics of your gf hot or scary? my sps need perking up lol

Without pics we don't really know what kind of coral you are referring to that has the limp condition.

But you could try erecting it with a acrylic rod or ceramic chopstick. (wood ones float)

Haha, oh you guys are killing me

I didn't have time to take some photos but I found these ones online that are pretty much the same.

A forum member generously gave me a frag of devil's hand and green leather tree but I am trying to figure out how to make them erect again (ehehehehe).

These aren't my photos:
