Kudos, yet again

Once more I must tip my hat to Ken and staff at BWA, for what I think is the best customer service in the city. Went above and beyond to help me out. Sent Ken a list a week before I got there and he filled everything, plus the requests at the last minute. BTW Ken the box weighed in at 48 LBs so no extra charges LOL
