picked one up yesterday [ thanks Red Coral ] as soon as I placed him on the rock he went to work , looks like it will only take a few days for him to finish his housekeeping the way he is cleaning .

They can go in any size tank "temporarily" - as soon as their food supply is gone (green hair algae) you must trade them back the LFS or to another reefer with algae. They will soon die without green hair algae. and they are very efficient workers so just be prepared to move him as soon as he is finished cleaning up the tank. Red Coral has a Rental policy for sea hares where we will take them back and give you back a credit worth half the value of the sea hare. I think they are $30 to buy, with a $15 credit back upon return.
