John
I just wanted to say that the staff at J&L's is ALWAYS so helpful, but one in particular has really put the extra time in to help with any issues, concerns/ learning curves etc etc and I just want to say a big THANK-YOU!!! to John for always giving me such good advice & assistance!!

John is a great guy and great asset to J&L. Been dealing with him since he was working at Pet Boutique's downtown.
