iphoto will crop but won't re size as far as i know

Cant remember if I resized some on Photobucket or not but for my iMac, I email them to myself, as the email has 3 different sizes to send.

Not the best way but works. iPhoto is suppose to be one of the best there is. One would think it could resize pics but I have not found where yet, if it does.
