That really sucks. Sorry dude....tube anemones, while pretty, are pretty vicious.

|
tube anemones are not meant to be in the display, they should be in there own separate environment. While they are filter feeders, anything that touches them is considered a meal.

my tube anemone wont even eat a half inch piece of shrimp only mysis or brine.
do you have a pic of yours mine is the orange with green centre about 7 inch reach at night. it is the messiest eater in the tank. the only place i get cyano is a 6" circle around the nem Last edited by purplepolypeater; 10-03-2008 at 01:25 PM.

My tube anenome ate 3 fish n a week before I could actually get home to get him out of there.....he now has his own tank c/w 3 chocolate chips and a gorilla crab.... this tank is also my dead fish receptacle....thankfully it doesnt get used to much for that...
