Default Pom Pom/Boxer Crab Shed

I've been fortunate (or so I thought!) to get to watch my pom pom crab shed tonight. She's lovely and about my favourite thing in my tank right now. Anyway, during her shed, she dropped one of her anemones from a high rock on the reef, all the way to the bottom of the tank. Is there anything I can do to help her? I'm not going to stick my hands in the tank or anything, but would turning off the light help at all?

I feel stressed out about this, and while it's been thrilling to see the process, I'm concerned about her well being. I can't tell if she has her other pom pom at this point (I'm aware that she'll rip that one in half if she needs to). I'm going to ask her to kindly do this at night, next time, when I can't see her. Ha ha.
